Lakeway sits on limestone above the lake, and a lot of the housing stock here is stucco and masonry rather than siding. That changes the specification: masonry needs a breathable system, and stucco needs its cracking addressed before any coating goes on.
Hill Country lots also mean long, unshaded west elevations and a fair amount of two-storey access work.

Interior and exterior residential painting, cabinet painting and refinishing, restoration work, and our specialty mineral finishes: limewash, German Smear and Venetian Plaster. Commercial work as well, phased around your trading hours.

After your initial consultation, clients get the project proposal in a quick turnaround time. A walkthrough is completed prior to paint application in order to show customer repairs and prep work.

By using the finest painting products available on the market, we are able to offer a 5 year professional workmanship guarantee but the truly unique aspect of this program is the Annual Inspections. For 5 years, APP. will schedule an annual appointment to inspect your home. Anything that needs touching up, we will gladly take care of it (See the guarantee outline on your contract agreement).
