Terms of Service
Last updated: September 2026
These terms apply to the use of austinprofessionalpainting.com and to the promotions we advertise on it. They are written in plain English on purpose. If anything here is unclear, call us at +1 512-845-7821 and we will explain it.
Using this site
The content on this site is provided for information about our painting services. We keep it accurate and current, but nothing on the site is a binding quote. Prices, availability, and service details are confirmed only on a written estimate prepared for your specific project.
Estimates and contracts
Estimates are free and carry no obligation. Any work we perform is governed by the written contract agreement you sign, which sets out scope, materials, schedule, payment, and the guarantee that applies to your project. Where these terms and your signed contract differ, your contract controls.
Forms, calls, and texts
When you submit a quote request, call us, or text our line at +1 512-845-7821, you are asking us to contact you about your project. We use the information you give us to prepare your estimate and to follow up. How we handle that information is described in our Privacy Policy. You can ask us to stop contacting you at any time.
Third-party names and logos
Company names and logos shown on this site identify businesses we have worked with on commercial painting projects. They remain the property of their owners and their appearance here does not imply endorsement, sponsorship, or an ongoing relationship.
Promotions
Save $100 on every $1,000 offer terms
Save $100 on every $1,000 on qualifying exterior painting, cabinet painting, limewash, German Smear, and Venetian Plaster projects of $2,500 or more.
Eligible work
The discount applies only to exterior painting, cabinet painting and refinishing, limewash, German Smear, and Venetian Plaster projects. It does not apply to general interior painting, commercial projects, restoration work, staining, or any other service.
Minimum project total
The project total must be $2,500 or more before the discount is applied. Projects under $2,500 do not qualify.
How it is calculated
The discount is $100 for every full $1,000 of the qualifying project total, calculated before the discount is applied. Partial thousands do not count. For example, a $2,500 project receives $200 off and a $4,900 project receives $400 off.
How to claim it
Mention this offer when you request your free estimate, or at any point before the estimate is provided. No code is required. The discount cannot be applied after a proposal has been issued, after work has begun, or after a project is complete, and it cannot be applied retroactively to past work.
Limits
One discount per household or property per project. It cannot be combined with any other offer, promotion, discount, or coupon. It has no cash value and is not redeemable for cash. It does not apply to change orders added after the proposal is signed, to materials purchased separately, or to work funded by an insurance claim or a third party.
At our discretion
The discount is offered at Austin Professional Painting's discretion and is not guaranteed on every project. If it applies to your job, it will appear on your written estimate before any work begins. Austin Professional Painting may modify or end this promotion at any time without notice.
Get Free QuoteThe 5-year workmanship guarantee
Our 5-year professional workmanship guarantee, including the annual inspections, is described on your contract agreement. The guarantee covers our workmanship. Paint and coating products carry their own manufacturer terms, which are separate from ours. See the guarantee outline on your contract agreement for what is included on your project.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as our services or promotions change. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last revised. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
